1. Diabetes mellitus

6. Sleep apnea
Obese people store more fat in the neck. The more fat this makes the airways narrowed so that obese people find it more difficult to breathe and it is easier to snore or even briefly stop breathing completely or what is known as sleep apnea.
Sleep apnea is a condition when a person has several pauses to stop breathing during sleep.
7. Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis is a joint problem that causes pain and stiffness. Being overweight and obesity can put extra stress on joints and cartilage.
Over time this makes joints and cartilage weaken so that joints can develop osteoarthritis. Plus, people who are obese are prone to inflammation. Including, inflammation in the joints that can produce osteoarthritis occurs more easily.
