4 The function of ngulet for health
1. Relaxes muscles and joints
After sleeping or sitting for hours, your body is bound to feel stiff and tense. The body can also feel heavy and stiff for other reasons. For example, because you don't exercise enough, don't sleep well, have an unbalanced diet, or the room temperature is too cold. Because the body feels heavy and stiff, you will be more lazy to move. Your muscles and joints will then send signals to the brain to stretch. That's why you tend to squirm in bed or in a chair after a long period of motionlessness. That way, the muscles and joints will also 'wake up' and prepare themselves to move on and be active.
2. Increase body temperature
As long as you sleep, your body temperature will drop to 35 degrees Celsius. In fact, the body's normal temperature in the morning and during the day is around 37 degrees Celsius. Not to mention if you sleep in a room where the temperature is quite low. As long as your body temperature is still cold, your body will think it's not time to wake up yet. As a result, your mind is awake but it feels very difficult to get out of bed. To increase your body temperature, you will be crooked. Boiling can help warm your body so that it is easier for you to get up from a chair or bed.

3. Blood circulation
Whether you've been sitting or lying down for a long time, your blood circulation will be hampered. Usually when you wake up, blood and fluids in the body will collect on the back. By moving and stretching, the blood and fluids again spread throughout the body evenly. Smooth blood circulation can prevent dizziness and lightheadedness when you wake up. Smooth circulation of blood and body fluids can also make you feel fresher because your muscles and brain get enough oxygen to work all day.
4. Relieve stress
Tenacity can help you get rid of stress, tension, or nervousness. When you squeeze, your body produces endorphins that will trigger feelings of pleasure and positive thoughts. This is why even when you are bored or stressed at the office, you will reflexively stick to it. In addition, after ngulet you will also feel more stamina to face the various challenges and busyness of the day.
Safe ngulet movements
Despite its many benefits, sticking to it can pose a risk of muscle injury. This is because it is usually done outside of your full awareness. As a result, you don't actually control the movement of every muscle and joint. You can stretch a muscle too far or twist your body suddenly, injuring muscles and joints. To avoid this risk, it's best to change the habit of sticking in the morning or after a long period of sitting with simple stretches that are safe and useful. Please check some of the following stretching movements.
Stretch your arms and back
In a sitting or standing upright position, interlace your hands and lift them up over your head. Pull up with your palms facing the ceiling. Hold for about 10 seconds while taking a deep breath. After that, stretch your arms forward with your palms facing out. Hold for 10 seconds. Finally, repeat the position by pulling your arms back, making sure your palms are facing out.
Neck and shoulder stretch
Turn your face to the right and left for 20 seconds each. After that, slowly move your head in a circle clockwise and counterclockwise. Then, look up for 10 seconds and continue with your head down for 10 seconds. Finally, lift your shoulders and move them back and forth for 10 seconds.
