1. Milk and raw milk products

2. Vegetables and fruit
Don't be surprised, vegetables and fruits are also included in the list of foods that are often the cause of poisoning. However, that doesn't mean you have to avoid consuming these nutritious foods.
Vegetables and fruit that cause poisoning, usually contaminated with bacteria, such as salmonella, Listeria campylobacter, and E. coli.
Contamination can come from the soil, the storage process, distribution in the market, to your kitchen.
Apart from bacteria, vegetables and fruits can also poison the body because they still contain pesticide residues (chemical pesticides).
To prevent food poisoning from fruits and vegetables, there are several things you need to pay attention to, namely:

5. Raw flour

Apart from meat, eating raw flour can also cause poisoning. Flour can be exposed to salmonella bacteria in farms, even before the seeds are harvested.
Although rare, contaminated raw flour can be food poisoning.
To prevent raw flour poisoning, avoid tasting foods containing uncooked starch. Make sure you store the flour in a clean place.
6. Raw seafood
Shrimp, crab, clams, oysters and other raw shellfish can also be contaminated with bacteria. Unfortunately, contaminated shellfish cannot be seen with the naked eye.
That is why, the condition of seafood that you buy must be fresh. At the very least, this avoids the development of putrefactive bacteria. In addition, it is best if seafood is washed clean and consumed in ripe conditions. Hot temperatures can kill bacteria so that food is safer to eat.
