People who do a juice detox may think this method can help the body in flushing out toxins. However, there is no conclusive evidence that toxins or harmful compounds in the body can actually be removed when you detox with juices. In fact, your body itself already has a special mechanism for removing toxins from the body. So, you don't really need juices to detox. Eating whole fruits and vegetables will be better for you than just juice.
