1. Banana coconut quinoa bowl recipe
material
- 250 grams of quinoa
- 250 ml of water
- 150 ml thick coconut milk
- 2 tsp honey (you can also use other sweeteners according to taste)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Vanilla yogurt orplain (taste variants according to taste)
- 1 banana
- Almonds (as many as you like)
How to make
- Prepare a small pot. Add quinoa, coconut milk, honey and cinnamon powder. Stir until evenly distributed. Cover the pan and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the water is reduced.
- When done, place the quinoa in a container. Let stand or let it air briefly at room temperature for 3-5 minutes.

- 250 grams of quinoa
- 500 ml of water / chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Diced tomatoes
- Diced Zuchinni
- Diced carrots
- Jicama that has been cut into cubes
- Diced red and yellow peppers

How to make
- Wash the quinoa under running water, then drain it.
- Bring broth or water to a boil. Then add the quinoa. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. After that, lift and air at room temperature.
- Heat olive oil. Then saute the onions, mushrooms, carrots, peppers, zuchinni, and tomatoes. Then season with salt to taste. After that, add the lemon juice and jicama. Stir again until blended.
- Turn off the heat and mix the stir fry with the quinoa that has been aerated.

3. Quinoa fried rice recipe

- 250 grams of quina
- 500 ml of water / chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 pieces of finely sliced red chilies (according to taste)
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 egg that has been beaten (according to taste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 pieces of thinly sliced meatballs
- Peas (as many as you like)
- Finely chopped green onion
How to make
- Wash the quinoa under running water, then drain it.
- Bring broth or water to a boil. Then add the quinoa. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. After that, lift and air at room temperature.
- Heat the butter and saute the garlic, onion and red chilies. Then add the carrots, peas, and meatballs. Saute until cooked then set aside in the side of the pan. Still in the same skillet, add the eggs, then scramble and mix with the stir fry earlier.
