1. Chicken asparagus paste

Materials:
- 25 grams of chopped chicken breast
- 2 raw asparagus sticks
- leek
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 60 grams or 1 packet serving of whole wheat pasta (type of pasta depending on taste)
- 2 grains of ground white, mashed
How to cook
- Heat a skillet with olive oil
- Cut the spring onions and asparagus into strips and soak them in a bowl of water. Rinse well to remove dirt and cut the white and light green parts to 1 cm. Cut the asparagus into 2 cm.
- Saute the asparagus, spring onions, chopped chicken, salt and pepper in a skillet that has been filled with hot olive oil. Stir occasionally over low heat for 4-7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare a large pot with enough boiling water. Cook the pasta according to the instructions until done, then drain.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the results of the stir fry in the pan, stirring until evenly distributed. Pasta ready to serve.
2. Low-calorie tuna pasta

- 60 gr whole wheat pasta (type of pasta according to taste)
- 150 grams of fresh tuna, coat with olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 curly chilies, cut into small pieces
- A handful of basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 10 small red tomatoes
- 1, 5 tablespoons of olive oil
How to make:
- Boil the spaghetti until cooked perfectly. Remove and drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, saute chilies and onions until fragrant.
- Put the tuna, cook until it changes color.
- Put the pasta and tomatoes, mix well with a spatula.
- Serve in a plate, add the basil leaves as a side.

- 2 small cloves of garlic (thinly sliced or chopped)

How to cook:
