Steamed apple oatmeal brownies
Materials needed:
- 6 eggs
- 175 grams of brown sugar
- 175 grams unsalted margarine
- 250 cooking chocolates (dairy free)
- 125 grams of medium protein flour
- 40 grams of coarse oatmeal, roasted
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 3 poor apples, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon fruit jam mixed with 1 tablespoon water for spread (according to taste)
How to make:
- Heat margarine, cooking chocolate, and brown sugar in a container. Then stir until dissolved and chill.
- Beat eggs until fluffy and thick (white and foamy). Enter the flour, cinnamon, and baking powder mixture while sifting and whisking well. After that add the oatmeal, and shake gently.

Pumpkin Chocolate Steamed Brownies
Materials needed:
- 120 grams of butter
- 170 grams of dark chocolate (without milk)
- 125 grams of medium protein flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 300 grams of palm sugar
- 200 grams of pumpkin that have been boiled until cooked
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 50 grams of almonds (or peanuts), roughly chopped
How to make:
- Heat margarine, cooking chocolate, and brown sugar in a container. Then stir until dissolved and chill.
- Steam the squash until cooked then cool. Once cool, mix the pumpkin with oil, cinnamon and stir until blended.
