How to make coconut mango pudding
- Mash the mango until soft in a blender.
- Heat water with agar and sugar in a saucepan, stirring constantly, until the gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved.
- After the gelatin and sugar dissolve, add the mango juice and lime juice while continuing to stir.
- When it's boiling, remove and pour in a heat-resistant container until it reaches half the height of the container.
- Let it cool and freeze texture.
- Over medium heat, heat the water with gelatin and sugar, stirring constantly.
- After the gelatin and sugar dissolve, add coconut milk and keep stirring until fragrant.

- 220 grams of red beans that have been soaked in water for about 4 hours
- 3 pandan leaves
- 300 milliliters coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1-2 liters of water
- Ice cubes according to taste
How to make
- Boil kidney beans in water until tender.

- Stir all the ingredients until they boil and the beans are slightly thickened.

3. Banana ice cream

- 2 ripe, fresh kepok bananas
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons of syrup maple or caramel syrup
How to make
- Cut the banana into small pieces and freeze inside freezer for approximately 90 minutes.
- Mash the bananas until they are smooth in a blender, but not so long that they become a juice.
- Serve in a small bowl or glass and sprinkle with cinnamon powder to taste.
