Use
What is the function of Revive?
Revive is a lotion that is used to treat itching and skin irritation caused by chickenpox, insect bites or stings, measles, eczema, sunburn, poison ivy, and other minor skin conditions.
Revive can be prescribed for other uses; ask your doctor or pharmacist for more information.
How do I use Revive?
For external use only. Avoid contact with the lotion in the eyes.
Shake the lotion before use. Pour the lotion on a tissue or clean cloth. Then, use the tissue or cloth to apply the lotion to the infected area. Let the medicine dry.
If Revive is applied before or after other medicinal creams, ointments, or lotions, it has the potential to eliminate other drugs. Because of this, you should try to let it sit for a few minutes before applying Revive and other skin remedies, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.
If your condition worsens or doesn't improve within 7 days, or if the rash or irritation develops, stop use and consult a doctor.
Ask your doctor any questions you have about how to use this medication.
How do I save Revive?
Revive is best stored at room temperature, away from direct light and damp places. Don't keep it in the bathroom. Don't freeze it. Other brands of this drug may have different storage rules. Observe the storage instructions on the product package or ask your pharmacist. Keep all medicines away from children and pets.
Do not flush medicines down the toilet or down the drain unless instructed to do so. Discard this product when it has expired or when it is no longer needed. Consult your pharmacist or local waste disposal company about how to safely dispose of your product.
