What is the dose of meclizine + pyridoxine for adults?
Fixed dose combination (KDT) recommended for oral administration.
Nausea & vomiting (including morning sickness in pregnancy):
One tablet 1-2 times a day or as directed by the doctor.
Hangovers: The starting dose is one or two tablets daily; should be taken one hour before travel for protection against travel-related illnesses. Therefore, the dose can be repeated every 24 hours during the trip.
Vertigo: One tablet twice daily or as directed by the doctor.
Labyrinthine and vestibular disorders: The optimal dose of Meclozine HCl is usually 25 to 100 mg daily in divided doses, depending on clinical response.
Radiation sickness: 50 mg (Meclozine HCl) given 2 to 12 hours before radiation treatment.
Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) has been shown to be safe and effective in doses of 50 to 200 mg per day

Meclozine HCl can increase digoxin absorption by reducing gastrointestinal motility. MAO inhibitors can prolong and amplify the anticholinergic effect of Meclozine HCl.
