- Panadol Regular (blue): contains 500 mg of paracetamol for fever, headache, muscle aches, aches, and toothache.
- Panadol Extra (red): same as blue Panadol, but added with caffeine 65 mg.
- Panadol Cold & Flu (green): to treat nasal congestion, cough with phlegm, and fever. Contains 500 mg of paracetamol, 30 mg of pseudoephedrine HCl, and 15 mg of dextromethorphan HBr.
- Panadol Flu & Cough (green-red): for fever, headache, nasal congestion, sneezing, cough with phlegm, and muscle aches. Contains 500 mg paracetamol, 5 mg phenylephrine HCl, and 15 mg dextromethorphan HBr.
For children:
- Panadol Anak Drops (0-1 years): contains paracetamol 100mg / mL.
- Panadol Anak Syrup (1-6 years): contains paracetamol 32 mg / mL.
- Panadol Anak Suspension (6 years and over): contains paracetamol 50 mg / mL.
- Chewable Children's Panadol (2-12 years): contains paracetamol 120 mg / tablet.
What is the dose of Panadol for adults?
The following is the dosage of this medicine for adults:
- Panadol Regular (blue): 1-2 caplets 3-4 times a day, maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- Panadol Extra (red): 1 caplet 3-4 times a day, maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- Panadol Cold & Flu (green): 1 caplet every 4-6 hours, maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- Panadol Flu & Cough (green-red): 1 caplet every 4-6 hours, up to 8 tablets in 24 hours.
What is the dose of this medicine for children?
Here are the dosages of Panadol for children:
- Panadol Anak Drops (0-1 years): read the instructions for use listed on the package, do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours.
- Panadol Anak Syrup (1-6 years): read the instructions for use listed on the package, do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours.

- Sore throat (not present before treatment and not caused by the condition being treated)
- Sores, ulcers, or white spots on the lips or in the mouth
- Urine volume suddenly decreases
- Bleeding or unusual bruising
- Unusual weakness or weakness
- Yellow eyes or skin

Overdose

What should I do if I forget to take / take medicine?
If you forget a dose of Panadol, take it as soon as possible. However, when it is nearing the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and return to the usual dosing schedule. Don't double the dose.
