How to do facial exercises

- Take a lying position on your back with your arms at your sides. Slowly raise your head up, you will feel a pull on the back of the body and neck. You can hold the position with your hands, hold for a 10 count or 5 count if it is not strong. You can do more than 15 seconds if your body is strong.
- This movement can be done standing or sitting. Place one fist under your chin. Then, apply upward pressure with your fist, open your mouth and lower your jaw, squeezing your hand. Do this 10 to 20 times.
