• 50 mg orally 30 minutes before departure. The dose can be repeated every 4 to 6 hours and should not exceed 200 mg / 24 hours.

To treat nausea / vomiting, the dose of cyclizine is:

• 50 mg orally or intramuscularly every 4 to 6 hours as needed. The daily dose should not exceed 200 mg.

What is the dose of cyclizine for children?

To treat motion sickness in children, the dosage of cyclizine is:

• 13-18 years: 50 mg orally more than 4 times a day.
• 6-12 years: 25 mg orally more than 3 times a day.
