"The current condition is healthy, it's just that actually what is most disturbed is mental pressure," he said.

To stay sane and energized, Reza spends time with light exercise that he can do indoors such as sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups.

"Anyway, a small exercise that can be done indoors, because if you do not exercise back pain," he said. "Apart from sports, our activities are just reading books, listening to songs, playing games, read the book again, "he continued."

Reza tries to eat foods full of vitamins. Actually he prefers to cook his own food, because the hostel canteen is more often available local cuisine.

"But it is even more risky when you cook, you have to spend on groceries. At most, I leave the foodstuffs to the dormitory guard when he's out, sometimes when he's really bored, ”explained Reza.

At that time he decided to spend vacation time with his family in Indonesia. He hopes that this outbreak will end soon, Reza and other Indonesian citizens in China can maintain their health and survive in the same situation amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Coronavirus transmission

Transmission coronavirus thought to be similar to SARS and MERS, namely through respiratory droplets that can spread in the air.

According to the CDC, the distance of transmission coronavirus from human to human occurs when near an infected person, which is about two meters or 6 feet. At this distance it is possible that the respiratory droplets can directly hit another person, for example when coughing or sneezing

Then, the water droplets stick to the mouth or nose of people who are near the patient and are inhaled into the lungs.

One thing that is quite important is the length of time someone is close to an infected person. If interacting and being close together for more than 10 minutes, the chance of contracting them will be even greater.

"Time and distance matter a lot," said the Medical Director for Infection Control University of Chicago, Emily Landon.

So it is important for Reza and Indonesian citizens who are still in Wuhan to maintain their health and really reduce outdoor activities.

According to dr. Sita Laksmi Andarini, Ph.D, Sp.P (K), a pulmonary specialist at MRCCC Siloam Semanggi, said the virus needs to be in living things in order to survive. So when the virus does not encounter living objects or attaches itself to inanimate objects, the cells will likely die within 15 minutes.
