You can also use a float board to support your body when you focus on training leg movements. Choose the appropriate equipment to make it easier for you to learn to swim.
2. Get used to being in the water
Before learning to swim, do this method to make yourself comfortable in the water. Try walking from the edge to the deeper part of the pool. This is so that you get used to the buoyancy of water.
After getting used to it, go back to the edge of the pool. Holding the edge of the pool, leave your face in the water and exhale until a bubble forms. Keep practicing doing this until you feel comfortable in the water.
