What is the problem with your body that doesn't go away? For me, I have back pain. In the past, when I worked in an office and sat at a desk for almost 12 hours every day, now because I still breastfeed my son at night, every morning I wake up, my waist hurts because of the position of breastfeeding while lying down.

What is the right medicine for prolonged back pain? As for me, I usually always incorporate the following poses in my yoga practice, and they usually work. If you have the same problem, maybe you can try some of the poses which I will describe below.

Yoga poses for back pain

1. Paint Cow Pose

This pose is good for the spine and waist because it bends the back down and up. It's best to do it every morning if you experience back pain when you wake up.

2.Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana)

This pose is easy enough to practice every day, and is great for relieving pain in the lower back. Not only that, you also lengthen all the muscles in your spine You. This pose is also best done if you sit often for long periods of time.

3. Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana)

Apart from being trained in a standing position, the same position can be done in a sitting position. This is good for you to try. If in a standing position sometimes you feel dizzy, then do it in a sitting position. If you feel this position feels easy and does not have an effect to relieve back pain, then you need to do it appropriately.

Turn on the soles of the feet /flex feet and preferably bring your chest closer to the front of your feet. This position is good for opening up your lower back, and relieving muscle stiffness and pain.

4. Spinx Pose (Salamba Bhujangasana)

This pose is easy enough to practice and excellent for strengthening your spine. This pose also falls into the category backbend which is good to help relieve back pain.

5. Eagle Post (Garudasana)

This pose includes more poses advanced because it requires balance and strength, but good for stretching and opening up your waist and back. Quite easy to train and very good for strengthening your spine. This pose also falls into the category backbend which is good to help relieve back pain.

6.Locust Pose (Salabhasana)

This pose is great for strengthening your back, waist and buttocks. If the back and waist are strong, then the possibility of experiencing back pain will be reduced. Do this position when you want to relieve your back pain.

7. Bridge Pose (Setubanda Sarvangasana)

This pose is great for strengthening the muscles of the lower back, lower thighs, and buttocks. Do this pose properly to help reduce your back pain.

8. Supine Spinal Twist (Supta Jathara Parivartanasana)

One easy way to relieve low back pain is to do a yoga pose in a circular motion.twist. One of my favorites is position spinal twist while lying down. Good for stretching the muscles of the waist and spine. Not only that, this delicious position is also good for stimulating organs such as the kidneys and stomach organs, including the intestines and urinary tract. Not only relieves back pain but also benefits the health of the body.
