1. Capcay cah
Materials
- 100 gr chicken, cut into cubes
- 50 grams of peas

- 60 grams of carrots, thinly sliced

- 40 grams of onion, cut long and thin

How to make
- Heat a skillet filled with oil, then saute the onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Put all the ingredients in the pan and mix.
- Pour in the broth, starch solution, and all the spices that have been prepared.
- Cook until the sauce thickens and all ingredients are cooked.
2. Javanese fried capcay
Materials
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 5 pieces of chicory, roughly chopped
- 5 pieces of mustard greens, roughly chopped
- 75 grams of cauliflower, take the florets
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 5 meatballs, halved
- 1 liver gizzard, boiled then cut into small pieces

- 3 garlic cloves, puree

How to make
- To make the kekian mix, mix all the ingredients into a container. Stir until well blended. Fry the dough as big as one tablespoon in hot oil. Do it until the dough runs out. Remove and drain.
- Heat a skillet filled with oil. Sauté shallots, garlic and pecans until fragrant.
- Enter the meatballs, liver gizzard, and shredded chicken. Stir well.
- Pour a little water. Add the carrots, chicory, mustard greens, and cauliflower. Mix well and cover. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add salt, pepper, sugar and soy sauce. Stir well.

Materials
- 10 peeled shrimp
- 5 squid, cut into four pieces
- 2 carrots, cut into thin slices

- 3 pieces of chicory, cut approximately 5 cm
- 1 teaspoon starch, dissolved in 5 tablespoons of water
- 200 cc of broth

- 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon of flavoring
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- Sesame oil to taste

How to make
- Saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add the prawns and squid, stir until they both change color.
- Add stock and let it simmer.
- Enter the carrots, leave until half cooked.
- Enter the other ingredients and seasonings. Let stand until everything is cooked.
- Just before removing it, thicken the sauce with a solution of starch.
You can create your own capcay recipe according to your taste. If you prefer capcay with soup, then you can simply use water without cornstarch or starch solution. If you don't like meat, you can replace it with tofu or mushrooms.
