What is a spermatocele?
Spermatoceles are benign fluid-filled cysts that form inside the epididymal ducts. The epididymis is the "tube" that delivers sperm, located behind the testes. This cyst is painless, but feels like a solid lump in the testicles just above the testicles.
Spermatoceles are common, but they don't affect male fertility.
