Experts still don't know exactly what causes a hangover. Some argue that alcohol disrupts the body's biological rhythms; others argue that alcohol "withdrawal" is the main cause.

1. Drink water

3. Drink lemonade

5. Sweating
Exercise stimulates your lymphatic system to flush out toxins in the body and improve blood circulation. Exercise also releases endorphins, hormones good mood which can help you better cope with hangovers. Do yoga or swimming to relieve your hangover symptoms.
6. Sleep
The discomfort you experience during a hangover is not due to lack of sleep. Lack of sleep will actually make the symptoms worse. To replenish the energy wasted by a hangover, try to make up for it with a nap.
7. Avoid coffee
