1. Too much salt and carbohydrate intake
Foods with a high salt and carbohydrate content can cause the body to retain or retain water. This results in weight gain and will subside when the body is finished digesting.
Foods such as bread, pasta, rice and other carbohydrates can cause body weight to fluctuate rapidly not because of increased fat in the body, but because of increased fluids in the body.
2. Weight of the food consumed
No matter how many calories from food and snacks you eat, all have their own weight. For example, drinking 200 millimeters of water will increase your body weight by the same amount. The same goes for vegetables when you eat a salad.

7. Consumption of alcohol
Alcohol is not processed in the same way as other foods, so it takes longer for the body to excrete it. Alcohol also slows down the digestion process of other substances, so that again the water content in the body is retained.
Plus, alcohol contains extra calories that you may not have considered. You will also pay less attention to calorie intake when drinking alcohol.
8. Health conditions
Rapid weight fluctuation due to health problems, such as the flu or the result of a chronic condition may also occur.
