1. Recipe for scrambled tofu
material
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 50 grams of chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 medium, combed corn
- 2 large green chilies, cut into pieces (as many as you like)
- 3 red chilies, cut into pieces (as many as you like)
- 2 pieces of tofu, crushed roughly
- 2 spring onions, cut into small pieces
- 1 bunch of pok coy
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
How to make
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Stir fry the garlic, onion and chilies for a few seconds.
- Add the chicken breast pieces and corn. Stir for one to two minutes.
- Put the tofu in the pan. Add turmeric, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and yellowish in color.
- After a bit cooked, add pok cay. Then cover the pan until the pok coy is slightly wilted.
- Remove the scrembled tofu from the pan and place in a container then sprinkle the chives on top.
- Scrembled tofu is ready to serve.
2. Tofu curry recipe

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lemongrass, crushed
- 3 pieces of lime leaves
- 1 bay leaf
- 150 grams of pure coconut milk
- 2 pieces of diced Chinese tofu
- 1 small tempeh, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- Salt to taste
- Enough water
Ground spices
- 5 spring onions
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 slices of ginger
- 3 slices of galangal
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 6 candlenuts
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 3 pieces of cayenne pepper (as many as you like)
- 2 red chilies (as many as you like)
How to make
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Saute ground spices, bay leaves, lime leaves, and lemongrass until fragrant.
- Pour coconut milk, salt, sugar and enough water into the pan. Stir until blended and cook until the coconut milk boils.
- Add tofu, tempeh and potatoes. Then mix well.
- Reduce heat and cook until all ingredients are cooked.
- Remove and curry tofu ready to serve.
3. Recipe for grilled tofu sticks

- 2 pieces of tofu that have been cut long, about 6-8 cm
- 200 grams of flour that has been thawed
- 2 eggs that have been beaten off
- 250 grams of bread flour
- 2 garlic cloves, grind until smooth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

How to make
- Melt the flour in a bowl. Enter the ground garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano, stir until blended and let stand for 10 minutes or until the spices are completely absorbed.
- Then add the eggplant which has been seasoned with flour to the egg. Then, coat it with bread flour.
